Question 1

Is registration really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Registering your company in our AI matching queue is completely free. You only pay when we find a qualifying opportunity and you choose to unlock the proposal package.

Question 2

How does the pricing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay nothing to be listed and nothing to be matched. After we match you to a specific opportunity and you review and approve that match, you can choose to order the proposal package — a one-time fee ranging from $499 to $2,500 based on the grant funding amount. If you go on to win the award, a 3% success fee applies to the amount you receive.

Question 3

What is a success contingency fee?

Accepted Answer

The 3% success fee is only charged if your company actually wins the government award. It's calculated on the total grant funding awarded, and you only agree to it if and when you choose to order a proposal package for an approved match.

Question 4

How accurate is the AI matching?

Accepted Answer

Our matching engine cross-references your NAICS codes, competencies, and past performance against each opportunity's stated requirements, and we only surface matches that clear our qualification threshold so you review real fits — not noise.

Question 5

What's included in the proposal package?

Accepted Answer

A 50-page submission-ready PDF including: Executive Summary, Company Profile, RFP Analysis, Compliance Checklist, Technical Approach, Budget Justification, Past Performance section, and Appendices.

Question 6

How do I receive matched opportunities?

Accepted Answer

When our AI identifies a strong match, your executive team receives a personalized email with opportunity details and a secure portal link where you can review the full RFP analysis.

Question 7

What government portals do you scan?

Accepted Answer

We pull live, directly from three federal feeds — Grants.gov, SAM.gov and the Federal Register — for federal funding, and we sweep all 50 states + D.C. weekly from each state's own official grants portal (with California exposing a full open-data API). Every source is a free, primary government feed — we never buy data from paid resellers. Because state and local funding is scattered across thousands of agencies and municipalities, we don't claim to catch every grant in every state, but we keep expanding coverage as more official portals become accessible.

Question 8

Can large enterprises use this platform?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our platform serves businesses of all sizes, from small businesses and startups to large enterprises and defense contractors.
